Why the software I download can’t work?Anti-virus software can flag up this product software as having a virus. This is a false positive and is due to the software containing the application file like .exe. Then how to make sure the software works?
Before setup the device software, please disable/uninstall anti-virus software.

2.Pls close Anti-virus software and Firewall software in your PC before download. (since diagnostic software have some Source code,if you don't close the Anti-virus software on your PC,parts of software will be deleted)
